Description
Five lessons that build on each other with tools and strategies and practices to be used with self and family between lessons. This Module is fundamental to further modules.
Individual 2 hrs per session with Zoom, notes, coaching and mentoring.
While we provide some notes to keep costs as low as possible, I will not provide a full manual. It is essential for students to keep their own notes and journaling.
1.5 hrs at a time, depending on your personal timing or pace of learning requirements – e.g. spread over 6 lessons.
A further 1 hour zoom or phone call at $135 available to help with any concerns and clarifications.
